  1. Principle of information

In compliance with what is set forth in Article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter LOPD), you are hereby expressly, specifically and unequivocally informed that the information you provide through the forms available on our website or through any other means for collecting data, as well as any information generated during your interaction with us, will be processed in files owned by TECNIMUSA, S.L., duly listed with the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for the purpose of maintaining and fulfilling the relationship between the service recipient and our entity and for providing the relevant services.

Similarly, in compliance with the aforementioned LOPD and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on the Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter LSSI-CE), you are informed that your information may be used for the purpose of sending you advertising and courtesy messages associated with our entity through the telephone, postal mail, fax, email or equivalent electronic means of communication.
You are also informed that your information will be provided as required to develop, fulfil and monitor the relationship between the service recipient and our entity or if authorised by a norm equivalent to a law, and in particular when one of the following conditions applies: a) The processing or transfer is intended to meet a legitimate interest of the data controller or recipient guaranteed by said norm; b) The processing or transfer of the data is required for the data controller to comply with a duty imposed by said norm.

You are deemed to give your consent to us to process your information for the purposes described in the section above if you check the relevant box made available for this purpose on our website.

 

  1. Required nature of the data requested

Each and every one of the fields shown in the forms provided for this purpose on our website is required (if not, any required fields will be marked by an asterisk). Failure to provide this information will make it impossible to maintain and fulfil the relationship between the service recipient and our entity, since said information is required to provide the services associated with said relationship.

 

  1. Principle of data quality

The service recipient shall be solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided. TECNIMUSA S.L. shall act in good faith merely as the provider of the service.

If the service recipient provides false information, or data from third parties without their consent, he/she shall be personally liable to TECNIMUSA, S.L., the affected or interested parties, the Spanish Data Protection Agency and, if appropriate, regional data protection agencies, for any consequences stemming from this circumstance.

TECNIMUSA, S.L. does not collect information on anyone under the age of 14 through its website. In the event that someone under the age of 14 provides information through the forms available for this purpose on our website or through any other means for collecting data, said information shall be destroyed as soon as this circumstance becomes known.
So as to comply with the requirements of Article 4.3 of the LOPD, the service recipient agrees to inform TECNIMUSA, S.L. of any changes to his/her data such that they provide an accurate representation of his/her current status at all times.

 

  1. Principle of data security

TECNIMUSA, S.L. is committed to complying with its confidentiality obligations with respect to personal information and with its duty to safeguard it, and shall take all of the technical and organisational measures needed to ensure the security of personal information and to avoid any unauthorised change, loss, processing or access. Said measures shall take into account the state of the art, the nature of the stored data and the risk to which they are exposed, whether from human activity or physical or natural events. These measures are described in Title VIII of Royal Spanish Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the implementing regulation for Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Information.

 

  1. Exercise of rights

In compliance with what is set forth in the LOPD and Royal Spanish Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the regulation implementing the LOPD, the service recipient may exercise his/her right to access, correct, delete and/or object to the processing of his/her data by writing to the file or data controller and attaching a copy of a valid ID document.
