ADVANTAGES

TRANSIT CONTROL

This system sends, through the Ethernet network by using standard TCP/IP communications in real-time, the barcode and number of garments on each batch, enabling to manage the traceability of garments in the logistics centre as well as the detection of any possible incidents (falling or removal of garments during transit).

ELIMINATION OF HUMAN ERROR

Human error in counting when creating garment blocks cause the introduction of erroneous data into the system. Using the automatic counting, the reception of data in real-time (barcode and number of garments in each block) permits the deviation for review of the blocks without the expected number.

RFID TAGGING CONTROL

The garments can have a faulty or deprogrammed RFID tag or even arrive without it. As the automatic counter works with data in real-time, it allows the immediate detection of this type of incidences.
