Full automation and accuracy of garment counting to optimise logistics processes
Automated system for real-time identification and counting of batches of garments hung up on hangers.
It is suitable for hanging garment lines in trolleys (automatic or manual) or fence conveyor.

This system sends, through the Ethernet network by using standard TCP/IP communications in real-time, the barcode and number of garments on each batch, enabling to manage the traceability of garments in the logistics centre as well as the detection of any possible incidents (falling or removal of garments during transit).
Elimination of human error
Human error in counting when creating garment blocks cause the introduction of erroneous data into the system. Using the automatic counting, the reception of data in real-time (barcode and number of garments in each block) permits the deviation for review of the blocks without the expected number.
RFID tagging control
The garments can have a faulty or deprogrammed RFID tag or even arrive without it. As the automatic counter works with data in real-time, it allows the immediate detection of this type of incidences.
Adaptable to any type of above conveyor.
Suitable for different hanger formats and thicknesses.
Effectiveness in extreme conditions: crossed or overlapped hangers or with plastics on them.
Sending of counting data and SCADA in real-time.
Supporting conveyor speeds up to 2 meters/second. Mg of error less than 1x10,000.
Reliability against stops-and-go and fluctuations in the conveyor speed.
