The operation of the Put to Light system consists of the semi-automatic preparation of orders with the help of luminous devices by means of LED bulbs, which improve performance in the placement of the products, textile garments in this case. This system classifies quickly and without human error the different textile products in the different cases that will later be used for the dispatch of the orders. How does it do this? These LED lights illuminate at a certain position of the product in question and make it easier for the workers to see the correct number of items to pick up.
HANGING GARMENT CONTROL
Among the automated solutions to try to avoid and detect human error is the hanging garment control. This is a system that identifies and counts in real time the total garments hung. This system optimises the intralogistics of textile companies by improving the traceability of all garments and correcting errors in the RFiD labelling of garments.
